We reported back on another successful year’s trading
The board approved an annual dividend of 2%. Dividend payments will be be credited to the accounts of all eligible members by the end of this week.
Members heard details of the proposed Metro Moneywise Merger, and voted in favour of merger plans progressing. The next step is a member vote at a Special General Meeting to be held online on February 12th. More details of the SGM and how to register are here on our website.

We elected a new director: Amanze Ejiogu, and Robin Webster and Andrew Cheatle were successfully re-elected.
