How to get started
You’ll need to create an online account to use the app and our new online service – click on the “Sign up for an online account” button on the first screen to create a new password. You’ll then be prompted for some further details such as your membership number and your email address. It’s important to enter the details exactly as you have registered them with us so we can verify your account.
You can also access our new online service on the web with your new login details.
FAQs and troubleshooting
You will have received confirmation of your membership number when you first joined the credit union, or in other official communications from us, such as loan agreements. It is a 6 or 8 digit number beginning with 1. If you are not able to locate your membership number, you can contact us in any of the usual ways to request it, ensuring you quote your full name, date of birth and address in your message.

Our online services will require you to login with your details exactly as they are stored on our system. It’s important that if you’ve changed any details recently, such as your home address, telephone number or email address, that you get in touch with the team directly to change your details.
