FAQs
Our team is available from 9am to 4:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from 10am to 4:30pm on Tuesday. We’re closed on Bank Holidays.
The quickest way is through your online member services – our members app or online portal. Message us anytime, and we’ll get back to you during office hours. You can also leave a voicemail or email us.

Get the app
With The Money Co-op app, you can easily check your savings and loan balances, view transactions, request withdrawals, and apply for a loan. You can also add or remove linked bank accounts—all from your phone. Download links for Iphone and Android are available on the bottom of the member login page on the link below.
