For many people, this time of year can be particularly challenging for lots of reasons. The pressure to keep up, spend more, or put on a brave face can be a lot. If you’re finding things difficult, please don’t struggle in silence. Reaching out to someone you trust – a friend, family member, or an organisation that can help, can make a real difference.
We’ve pulled together a list of trusted organisations who are there if you need someone to talk to over Christmas or at any point in the year.

Free, confidential support 24/7 for anyone who needs to talk.

If you need urgent help but it’s not a 999 emergency, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
Get help from 111 online or call 111 and select the mental health option.
