Talk Money Week (3–7 November) is a national campaign run by the Money and Pensions Service to get everyone talking more openly about money.
Research shows that people who talk about money tend to feel less stressed, make more confident decisions and build healthier financial habits. And when we feel more in control of our money, we often feel better overall.
Talking about money can feel uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to be. Whether it’s chatting with a colleague about saving for Christmas, sharing budgeting tips with friends, or checking in on your own spending habits – simply starting the conversation can make a big difference.
