* We were able to report back on another successful year’s trading despite the continued economic challenges of the cost of living crisis

* We previewed a glimpse of our new brand visuals and announced a new name coming soon ‘The Money Co-op’. Here’s a first look at our new name and logo (left) and you can hear more about the rebrand in the AGM video above – (section begins 6 minutes from start).
* The board approved an annual dividend of 1.5%
* The Graham Southall Award was awarded to Dave Appleton – a Co-op Store Manager from Warrington who is an active supporter/member of The Co-op Credit Union
* We announced our ‘Saver Plus’ account interest rate will be changing to 4% AER. All members with Saver Plus accounts will be notified 30 days in advance of the change.
* We elected two new directors: Helen Rawlings and Basil Foulkes.
