Prize Linked Savings

Saving for that
winning feeling

What if saving money could feel even more rewarding? With our Prize Linked Saver, every month you’re building your savings and getting the chance to win cash prizes. It’s a simple way to develop a savings habit while adding a little extra excitement along the way.

Prize Linked Savings Summary

Dividend rate

Unlike our other savings accounts, Prize Linked Savings does not pay an annual dividend. Instead, eligible savings receive entries into our monthly prize draws, giving you the chance to win cash prizes throughout the year.

How it works

Save into your Prize Linked Savings account by making regular monthly deposits or one-off payments. As long as you maintain at least £10 in your account, you’ll be entered into our monthly cash prize draws. Rather than receiving an annual dividend, you’ll have the chance to win prizes while continuing to build your savings.

How much can I deposit?

A minimum of £5 per month must be paid into your Regular Savings account as a condition of membership. You can then save into your Prize Linked Savings account, up to a combined monthly saving limit of £500 across all savings accounts.

The maximum account balance in a Prize Linked Savings Account is £5,000.

What is the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

The FSCS protects you if the financial firm you’ve used has gone out of business. If the failed financial firm can’t pay your claim, The FSCS can step in to pay compensation.

Set up by the government, they are independent and their service is free to use.

Funds held in all your credit union accounts combined are protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme up to £120,000.

Visit fscs.org.uk for full details.

How do I manage my account?

Your online member services account allows you to check your savings balance and make withdrawal requests. You can change the amount you wish to save with us by sending us a secure message once logged into your account.
