Our opening hours will be changing slightly over the Christmas period, so here’s everything you need to know.
Our last full working day before the festive break will be Tuesday 23rd December. We’ll then reopen on Friday 2nd January.
Withdrawal requests made via online access or the member app will continue to be processed as normal on public working days during the break: 24, 29, 30 and 31 December.
If you haven’t already set up online access or downloaded the app, we’d recommend doing this now so you can view your account and request withdrawals while we’re closed, full details can be found here.
If you’re thinking about applying for a loan before Christmas, it’s best to get your application in as soon as possible. Due to high demand at this time of year, we can’t guarantee that applications received after 16 December will be processed before the break.
